it's hard to predict just from your description ("simple question, where is...") what has crashed. iPhone 11pro is a rather complicated device that requires detailed diagnostics etc. However, it can be assumed with high probability that the problem lies in the DOCK tape (flexible tape with a lighting port on board). However, I warn against unoriginal, counterfeit tapes - the phone will restart every 180s due to incompatibility.
