I have looked at various answers on how to replace parts in my dremel. But how do I test the electrical components before tearing into it?
Is this a good question?

It just won't turn on. One of the answers to this question asked if they had checked the electrical integrity, I didn't know what that meant. I have not removed the casing or checked the brushes.
