Help identify logic board from 27" Late 2015 iMac

Have a logic board that was pulled from a 27" Late 2015 iMac that was retired. The drive was dead on it and the parts were pulled. I know it was a 3TB Fusion. Not sure what the CPU is....and trying to figure that out without removing any more parts.

Is there something on the board itself that will show the CPU and GPU on this logic board? I do have the original serial number from the chassis.

On the board itself I do see 4.0G OYO. I'm guessing that is the 4.0Ghz i7, Does the OYO refer to the GPU?

Thanks for any help!

I did.....but it just gives me the three options for that model year. It also doesn't list the 3TB Fusion option. I'm 99% sure it ihas the i7 in there, just trying to figure out the GPU.

@Mark Valpreda - I was hoping😞

Sadly, Apple uses a common logic board across the series so making an ID on what CPU or GPU not possible. Apple does laser code the boards, but we don’t have a decoder ring to figure them out.

FYI - this series did offer a 3TB Fusion as a build to order. From EveryMac:

“At the time of purchase, Apple also offered a 3 TB "Fusion Drive" (which combines a 128 GB SSD and a 3 TB hard drive), a 256 GB SSD, a 512 GB SSD, or a 1 TB SSD as optional upgrades.”
