My phone has no sound

Hi @luqqqqqqqq,
Please elaborate on what you mean by "no sound"?
For example can't hear on calls or no ringtone heard.
Have you tried using headphones plugged into the phone to check if you can hear OK.
Have you checked the Settings > Sounds & vibration settings to make sure that the phone is not muted.
