Majd Nairat not sure what you mean by lost your software. I would try a hard reset (your data, like files/pictures/contacts will be DELETED) as detailed here
Of course, you can also try to reload your software with instructions from this video
Use something like this videoto help you out. Check the answer by Jamie Doshier to this question I have www-bberror-com-bb10-0015 on my screen (model STL100)) Different model but same solution.

BEFORE A HARD RESET TRY A SOFT RESET THEN IF THAT DOES NOT WORK TRY HARD RESET
