iPhone 6s charging problems after replacing battery

I replaced the battery on my iPhone 6s two days ago and the charging has become very inconsistent. According to the battery calibration instructions, I attempted to charge my phone to 100 percent before draining it. However, I left it plugged in overnight and it had only reached 24 percent. I unplugged it to see if maybe the percentage display was incorrect and the battery dropped to 13 percent within a couple minutes.

I switched out the cord and block leaving it to charge for about a day and a half and it is stuck at 20 percent. I also hard reset the phone and attempted unplugging and plugging it back in multiple times. It runs normally other than this. Is there anything else I can try to troubleshoot this?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Try to force restart your iPhone by holding the power button with the home button until it turns off, then turn the phone back on. If this is not helpful, connect your iPhone to a Windows computer and install 3uTools. In this software you can see the status and cycles of your battery. If the condition is not 100%, that means your battery is not new or the quality of the battery is very poor.

Yes try this, but if this does not work try a different outlet and maybe re-seat the battery's connector cable. Were did you buy this battery from if you don't mind me asking?
