Can you take the back of the TV and upload pictures of the circuit boards inside? Adding images to an existing question

@dexter123 what flashes off and on? Your screen? IF so and with this being a TCL Is have a pre-conceived idea that this is about the backlight :-) Anyhow, give us a bit more background and the full model number.
