I have a problem with the headphone jack

When I connect the wired headphones I can't use the mic , Tried other headphones, same problem. I tried to use bluetooth headphones, but when I open the mic in online games, the sound comes from the phone speakers, not from the headphones .

I want to know if this is a hardware or software problem

And how to fix it ?

Try using the phone in safe mode and check if it works OK
