Makes loud noise intermittently while turned off.

2014 f150 6cyl make strange intermittent noise when turned off? Could this be a pump kicking on and off? See attached video. Sounds kind of like an impact drill.

CACHE BASTIAN either a pump or your starter. Where do you hear the sound coming from? What have you checked?
