Why wont my Ps3 turn on?

Whenever I turn it on, it beeps, the light turns green, and the fans start. Then it beeps again and turns off. And it doesn’t connect to the TV. Before this it said it had a file corruption, and needed to restart, I would restart it, and It would display the same message in an infinite loop.
