Saeco Royal Professional. It has a false grinder blocked error.

I get this error message. According to old post I cleaned grinder and out chamber - not helped. So I disassemble grinder to motor and cleaned once again - not helped. Grinder motor is working, after 2-3 sec of working machine stops with this error. Probably CPU doesn't get the signal that motor is okay. How does the CPU get this information, there is some sensor or there is current measure? Any ideas? Please help.

Hi @dupczyciel

Never worked on a coffee machine but here's the service manual that may help.

Reading through it perhaps checking that the doser switch is OK might be worthwhile. Go to p.126 (of 143) to see how to access it.

Note; Used the pdf page numbering system on the document's header bar as it is easier than using the manual's page numbering system to show where to look ;-)

Thank you for help. Switch is ok, but there is problem with dosing magnet (p.126 fig7) https://imgur.com/a/NT5cJuj it's doesn't open doser flap, when coffee activate doser swich.

@dupczyciel

The dosing magnet is an electro-magnet so either it is not getting any power from the control panel or the magnet coil circuit wiring is open between the panel and the coil or the coil is open circuit - coil is 300 Ohms

See the diagram on p.60 of 143 for dosing magnet circuit from control panel connector JP3 to the coil.

Here's a parts list (I think) that may help if necessary
