Jesse Drew it really will all depend on where you are. Doing a search by Makita 650648-4 sites like this and others like here pop up. There are plenty of them so pick one close to your geographic location

Try makita online. Or Google Makita dealers in your area. Any reputable dealer should be able to order the part for you. I'd even try ebay.
