My quest two isnt charging can I have some help?

stopped playing on my vr because i was moving and cleaning up the house and i just plugged it in and left it for 2 hours, i come back and i notice it hasnt been charging. so i change what wall its connected to and the charger and the charging block and nothing worked. im getting a little worried and stressed, anyone got any info? or should i hand it in to be checked on by a pro
