Have you tried resetting the phone? If you have important stuff(photos, videos, etc) then plug your phone into a pc/laptop using the charging cable, transfer everything into a folder and then reset the phone…

My phone turns itself off and turns on again every two minutes or so, and I did a software and reset for it, and nothing worked.
