My Home Screen interruption when using HDMI port

I’ve recently experienced an issue with my Panasonic TX-49FX700B, when watching a DVD through the HDMI ports (it doesn’t matter which one as I’ve tried swapping them all) the ‘my home screen’ demo pops up and interrupts the dvd. I press the HDMI button and it gos back only to reappear say 1-2 minutes later. I’ve taken batteries out of controller but that didn’t help so I’m guessing software issue. It’s been updated recently Any thoughts?

Hi,

If the problem only occurred after the last update then check what firmware version is installed and if it is earlier than Version 3.119, 01-11-2022 then try installing this version.
