Unresponsive New 2DS XL

Recently my 2ds has been acting up as it keeps freezing and turning off and for a bit id reboot it up buy pressing Up + L + R + A+ while holding power button but now today it started acting up more and none of the lights are showing up unless its being charged and the screen is stuck on the homescreen frozen and it wont turn off at all.
