Lithium (white) grease is ideal on bearings. Don’t use it on plastics or rubber as it will rot them out.

Hi,

Milwaukee specifies using Type E grease - part # 49-08-4122 for the drill. Scroll down to find the Milwaukee model number i.e. 1675-1

The supplier is an example only to show the cost, search online using the part number only to find suppliers that suit you best.

The user manual for the drill also mentions to only pack the gear case 2/3rds full with grease.

Hi @ henry bermas

Here's the user manual for the drill.

It states to use Type C grease for lubrication - see p.7, but if you check the lubrication spec sheet I linked in the answer, it says that Type C is obsolete and to use Type G.

Type G states it is used if Type E is not appropriate to use, but then for your model it specifies Type E.
