unrecognizable disc PS4 pro

I took the ps4 apart to clean the lens and the rollers because it didn't read the disc and it has some issues bringing the disc out but without any luck when I put it back together again it still doesn't read the disc and still doesn't push the disc out properly and sometimes it pushes it out and suck it back in very quickly

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this from a smoker's home? Smoke is the only thing I've seen that kill the rollers outright.

With the rollers out of the drive, I use a cotton round with IPA to lightly wipe/scrub the surface. Once dry, I feel the surface with my fingers to judge how much grab/tack remains. If I have any doubts at all, with the drive reassembled but still out of the PS4, I'll take a DVD I have at my test station and use the manual eject screw to test roller operation before putting it all back together.

If it fails after that, I might use a fiberglass scratch pen or scratch pad to try and lightly score the surface of the roller, to try and restore a bit of grip to it. But this is a subtractive process. Worst case scenario, you'll have to replace the rollers. I've only seen this twice, and both were from a smoker's home.

Regarding the lens, if you've cleaned it and it still won't read, you may have to replace the drive or laser assembly. Laser assembly would cost less, but replacement drive would have fresh rollers in it (in theory). One thing you can do to try and avoid this is to double check the ribbons/sockets associated with the laser assembly's laser and motor.
