PS fan running at max speed always, sensor issues per ASD. Solutions?

Hello everyone, I have MP 5,1 wit the PS fan running at full speed all the time, no unexpected shut offs  nor any other issue related with the PS, just the noisy fan.

TG Pro states "Temperature sensors: These sensors may not be working properly" so I downloaded and ran Apple Service Diagnostics and failed 4 tests, results are as follows:

From the test results it's clear that there is an issue with the PS sensors.

Has anyone had this issue before?

Any ideas how to fix it?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Thanks, I have just cleaned the PSU and plughed it back in, but havent tried with a different one. Although I am trying to save it, as it doesn’t really show any other issues apart from the annoying fan at max speed (if caused by it). I appreciate your reply!
