Hi @catwoman160_o

Connect an external monitor (TV?) to the laptop using a USB Type-C adapter and check if the display is OK on it. Here's a video that explains how to do this, that may help.

If it is OK on the external monitor, then there may be a problem with the laptop's screen or perhaps the video cable may be damaged where it passes through the hinge to get from the motherboard to the display.

If it is determined that the laptop's screen is faulty, there are two displays available for the model, an FHD (full high definition- 1,920 x 1,080 pixels) and a HD (high definition - 1280 x 720 pixels) display. The Asus part numbers are 18010-15606400 and 18010-15608200 respectively. Search online using the part number only to find suppliers that suits you best. Usually the part number can be found somewhere on the back of the display panel, if you wish to verify that you're getting the same one.

Unfortunately I couldn't find a teardown video or guide to show how to remove the display panel from the laptop. You may have better luck.
