Why are some of my app’s force stopping

Sometimes when I open settings or any other app on my iphone, it force stops, I’ll click on it again, it will keep force stopping until I restart the phone while sometimes it will open after clicking on the app three to four times after force stopping.

Is your phone up to date? Are the apps up to date?

Yes, it’s up to date and I updated the phone to the latest iOS also.
