@ximen you forgot to tell us what has been done about the water damage. It is important that the motherboard will be removed, cleaned and then evaluate the complete board to see if this damage is fixable. I would treat it just like any other water damaged device.

For now, you want to stop trying to charge or otherwise using your computer. This potentially can make a bad situation worse. This may further damage your computer.

The next thing to do is to clean it. Disassemble your phone using something like this video as a guide. You must remove all EMI shields off the motherboard. If you do not remove those, you might as well not do anything. After you removed those, clean the whole board, connectors and all with +90% isopropyl alcohol. Follow this guide, and even so it was written for a cellphone all the points are still pertinent to your laptop. While you clean your board, check for any obvious damage, like burned or missing components etc. When it is properly cleaned, do another visual inspection. Look for anything that may look different to you. Clean the RAM as well as anything that was connected and gets reconnected. Pay particular attention to corrosion on components, traces and ribbon cables. All these steps are to avoid delayed failure caused by corrosion. Best thing to do would be to clean it with an ultrasonic cleaner, but if you do not have access to one, this will at least help. Once all this is done, reassemble your laptop and reevaluate. Until it is cleaned, everything will only be a guess. You can only start proper troubleshooting after it is completely cleaned. Even with all this, water damage has only a small chance to be fully repaired, but at least you can give it a try.

In the meantime, it might help if you post a couple of really good, clear images of your motherboard with your QUESTION (both sides). That way we can see what you see and hopefully assist you further. Adding images to an existing question - iFixit Repair Guide
