Are the 12mm (6 longer screws) 2m or 2.5m? I lost 1, and in my head (probably imagining) it sounds like my fans seems a little louder. I just want to replace the screw but there’s conflicting information and I don’t wanna pay 15-20$ on eBay plus shipping for the exact set when I can get a large selection of laptop screws for 6-8$ on Amazon. But the kits either have m2.5 x 12 mm or m2 x 12mm and none have both.

Hi,
If you mean the lower case screws there a six M2 x 11.5mm and four M2 x 4mm screws.
Here's the hardware maintenance manual for the laptop. Go to p.29 to view the screw sizes used for the lower case.
The manual shows the sizes for all the screws used in the laptop.
