Philips 60pfl6008h/12 has standby 3.5V, but cannot turn on

My Philips 60" TV just cannot turn on,

Standby pwer is ok, get 3.5V on pin 9 and 10, the LED light just blinking non stop.

like to know what is the problem and how to resolve it.

Update (12/24/2022)

I have connected back the SMPS board to the chassis, and checked all the supplies are normal on the IM90 connector. there is also a 24V to the back light LED driver baord and proced 65VDC too.

The front LED light blinking, the sequence is continues blink twice, and repeat.

Please advice how to repair it, thank you

Hey,

I had the same issue ... The Phillips 6000/7000/8000 Models have cooling problems the CPU gets very hot and overheats now there are little pins whitch are broken because they broke between the Time were its turned off and cooled up. Now you have to connect the broken pins back to the CpU so, take the MOBO in your cooker and turn it to 230 Degrees for about five Minutes then it should work fine...
