UEFI not showing in boot menu

Hi, I was trying to install Ubuntu onto an external HDD, but it froze and I force shut my laptop down and now the Internal HD won’t show in UEFI. I was not even messing with the Hard drive and when I went to go reinstall the OS again, the hard drive appeared, but it shows “No Operating Systems Found”

Options

Perhaps you could be booting from a usb device in setup.
