The motor run on some but the agitators are not spinning around

All my walkmans are not working I think it could be the belts I do not know how to fix them I have Sony’s Panasonic,s about 12 in all I hear the motor run on some but the agitators are not spinning around when I press the button I cleaned the heads I would love to get them fixed I still use them when I take transit please help plus I live in Canada .

Hi,

What are the make and model numbers of all of the players?

Also briefly describe the problem for each one e.g. cassette reel drive spinning only or no motor sound etc

I have a pansonic, XBS. I believe its the belt, however I can’t seem to find a manual to take the back off..

What is the full model number of the cassette player? There are a lot of Panasonic products beginning with XBS and not all are cassette players.

Hi, thanks for the reply, RQ- E16V. I managed to get the back off and there are 2 bands. The longer thinner band has come off its tracks but its too small for me to get me fat fingers or tweezers into.
