Water is leaking outside the tub during bleach dispensing

While water is being dispersed to the bleaching dispenser, water is overflowing out side of the tub. I checked the rubber hose going to the bleach dispenser it’s fine. What could it be? Also I just changed the water inlet valve. 🤦🏻‍♂️
