Why is my new screen glitching after replacing?

Today I was replacing the screen of a black iPhone 7 that was beat up bad, the screen was glitchy it also had vertical lines and the middle was not working. I got another iPhone 7 (White) from a friend that had a working screen, I removed the screen and tried it on the broken iphone but to my surprise, immediately after I turned the phone on the new screen started glitching as well and it developed vertical lines. I later got a third iPhone 7(white also) and I repeated the process and that screen did the same when I tried it on the same phone the glitching proceeded to the 2nd new screen.

Now the tricky part is, the first screen I tried now has horizontal lines and its glitching as well although I have swapped it back to its old phone.( I carefully inspected the screen cables but there’s no Damage influenced by me)

And as for the The last screen I tried, that one is working just fine on its old phone.

I am confused and I don’t know what to do, help me guys. 😅😅
