Ps2 fat not reading disks

hi

i'm having trouble reading my games, except one, rayman for the ps1, it works perfectly all other ps2/ps1 games are not. I’ll leave attached a video of the disc that is read by the playstation, makes strange noises and also seems to go a little too slow
