Windows lock not letting me lock doors

My windows lock won’t let me lock my doors. It only locks when I push the button down (window lock on) and my remote won’t lock/unlock. When the window lock is on my dashboard flashes and makes clicking noise. I have to open my car door with my key. Please help!

Hi,

Have you checked that the "door" fuse is OK?

Depending on whether you have a LHD or a RHD model (left hand drive/right hand drive) it is either fuse #15 (LHD) or fuse #10 (RHD) in the passenger compartment fuse box.

Check what it shows for the location of the door fuse in the fuse assignment list in the lid of the fuse box or perhaps in the owner manual for your model.

I can’t seem to locate the fuse number. This has happened to me a couple of times already and it was fixed on its own but this is the longest it’s gone without working

What is the year and Corolla "model" name of the vehicle as sometimes model variants aren't quite the same in their layout?
