Why is my settings flashing back from home screen

Why when i enter my settings the search sign flashes then my settings flashback to homescreen and if i do it many times my phone overheat

Options

all you have to do is open google play store, click search, type Digital wellbeing

click on the app and click unintall

check if settings is working
