Pink light on and doesn’t connect to Bluetooth

Why does the red light turn pink and does not go off even when power is switched off? Also all 3 channel lights come on together and the Bluetooth doesn’t get connected.

As they say on the official manual:

If you experience problems while using this product, try the following solutions. If you still cannot solve the problem, seek online help at www.Bose.com/livesound. If you cannot find answers to your questions there, please call the Bose Product and Technical Support Team directly at (877) 335-2673.

Also I’d try check if you have the latest firmware - quite a few really weird issues with Bose speakers can be solved surprisingly easily with an update - check here for more info
