Pink light on and doesn’t connect to Bluetooth

Why does the red light turn pink and does not go off even when power is switched off? Also all 3 channel lights come on together and the Bluetooth doesn’t get connected.

As they say on the official manual:

If you experience problems while using this product, try the following solutions. If you still cannot solve the problem, seek online help at If you cannot find answers to your questions there, please call the Bose Product and Technical Support Team directly at (877) 335-2673.

Also I’d try check if you have the latest firmware - quite a few really weird issues with Bose speakers can be solved surprisingly easily with an update - check here for more info
