The process com.android.phone has stopped

This error keeps coming up when I press OK it comes back constantly even after clearing data for the phone app how do I fix this without reseting it?

process.com.android.phone

or unfortunately stop

com.android.phone

Process after installing ROM

If you are new or update your firmware, there are actually several ways to fix it
