Hi @garciacc482,

What is the model number of the washer?

Do you mean agitate i.e. when it washes the clothes or spin when it is spinning to drain the water from the clothes?

They are two different actions in a washing machine

@garciacc482

Knowing the model number will help us, to help you.

@garciacc482 First one is model number. Have you opened the machine up, to check anything? Is it belt driven or do you have a clutch / gearbox? If it’s belt driven, the belt could be slipping (bad belt), otherwise it could be a bad clutch/ gearbox (expensive!).

Well it only wants to poor water then it freezes... I'ma c if I can open it some how

Some people mix things up when describing the malfunction, and this makes it difficult to determine the cause of the malfunction, so here we are talking about the automatic washing machine drawing water and not spinning (the washing machine draws water and does not damage it)

@garciacc482 the very first thing I would check is the lid switch. My old Kenmore had the same symptoms and it was a bad lid switch. This video shows you where it is and also how to apply a temporary jumper. If it works with the jumper applied, you know that you need to replace the lid switch.
