Taking screen from 2009 model to put on 2011 model

is it possible to take the entire screen from a 2009 MBP 17" and put it on the body of a 2011?

Not sure if there will be compatiblity issues or not.

The raw LCD screens (glossy) is the same, but the assembly is not. The anti-glare screens also have a different frame so you can’t swap between the raw LCD’s. The cameras also use a different connection between them as well.

One question is are the refresh rates that the video cards were set to/capable of compatible with that screen's. One may use onboard video, the other dedicated and the systems are of course configured to work together optimally. The other components are bluetooth cables, wireless cables, and the camera, which are also often in the monitor part of the MBP. I think at the very best it would be a Frankenstein effect.
