Continuous noise on the low side of the screen

For some time now, my MacBook Pro (13 inch, 2017) has been experiencing strange continuous noise in the bottom side of the display and a strange blue band when I open the screen.

I would plug in an external display to see if they are present on it to be sure. If not they you need a new displace assembly
