How to fix solarization + 2 other problems?

I started having this problem (picture 1) after a blackout, I turned the TV on and the screen was displaying images like this, i read a little and if this is solarization, how do i fix it? the menu is also solarized. Before all of this my TV was having problems turning on, there was like a 10% chance that when turning it on, it would power up and the backlight would turn on but there would be no image nor sound (picture 2), and when it was working properly I could not get my TV remote to work, I checked the remote with my cellphone camera and it was working, it was just my TV never receiving the imputs. How do i fix all of this?

Thanks in advance.

My TV is a Noblex 32LC820H

@wassaa solarization like this is most commonly caused by a failed T-con board. More precise the Gamma IC on the board. You could check the voltages and should get something like this

AVDD 14-20 Volts

VCOM 5-10Volts

VHG or VONE 15-30Volts

VGL or VOFFE 5-15Volts

All your other issues could be main board related if your on-screen menu would be normal but your video screen is distorted, it would be most likely a bad Main board. In your case both the menu and the screen are solarized in appearance, so it is either the t-con board or (unlikely) the panel.

Remove the back from your TV and post some really good pictures of your boards and the interconnect cables. Let's see, if we can make out anything odd looking. Use this guide to add pictures to your QUESTION by editing it Adding images to an existing question

Update (11/07/2022)

This is indeed one of the things I have not yet come across. Anyhow, If it is feasible for you, I would replace both, the T-con and the main board. If you can only get one, aim for the main board. Here is the SM for the TV Sanyo LCD 32XH7 Noblex 32LC820H Philco PLH3210 JVC LT32R50 Chasis UE6L and I do hope this helps. In the mean time I try and find out more about the T-con board. Odd looking thing.....

Hey, thanks for answering, so i haven't noticed anything unusual like blown components or ripped pads on any board, also what's the T-con supposed to look like? is it picture 3 or the long board in between the metal sheets in picture 4?

by

@wassaa it is the board you have showing in picture 3. the other boards are the LCD driver boards and are not replaceable. They are considered part of the LCD panel.

by

@oldturkey03 alright got it out, how do i check those voltages? also which pins are those? i'm looking at a T315XW04 V1 board spreadsheet and i'm not seeing any of those names

by

@wassaa definitely a different type of board. Looks like an LVDS extension board. I wonder if your circuitry is all on the boards behind the T-con board. Post some pictures of the board where the wires from J2 come from. Should be your main board....

by

@oldturkey03 That's the best main board picture i could take, the J2 cable connects to the upper middle connector in picture 5. Is this fixable for the average guy or should i buy a replacement board?
