I dropped my iPhone 6 and now it wont let me do hardly anything

I recently dropped my phone and now I can’t press the keys to unlock it and when I eventually do get it unlocked it won’t let me open any applications and it automatically powers off

I asked a friend and they told me to remove the SIM card and put it back in and now it’s working sorry for bothering you

Hey I had this problem with a iPad 5th gen are you experiencing ghost typing? Clicking with you not. And that’s probably because the digitizer might got broken or loosened hope that helped!
