Can screen bleeding/black dots be fixed for a Motorola edge

Okay so I accidentally dropped my Motorola edge on concrete right? It's cracked a lot and in the middle of the cracks is a black dot, now just today or yesterday in the left bottom corner there's a black splotch there too, no cracks around there though and my phone has been acting weird sometimes it freezes sometimes it just does stuff like randomly clicking on stuff, please Can it be fixed?

Options

@help_me sounds (and looks) like your display assembly needs to be replaced. Your issues are a. the display and b. the touchscreen. Both will be fixed by replacing the display assembly. Use something like this video or even better this guide Motorola Edge Display Panel Replacement to help you with that. The assembly is not inexpensive so shop around and purchase from reliable vendors.
