how much is the cost to replace, where I can get it and how much time its take to change the battery, and is it easy to complicated to do by myself?

Did you mean a Lenovo IdeaPad 530S-14ARR?
If so, here's the hardware maintenance manual for the laptop.
Go to p,35 to view the procedure to remove/replace the battery.
Note: Looking at p.103 Item #10 it appears that there are two different batteries available for the 3 laptop models shown in the manual.

Item #10 CP/CL17C4PB0 11.52V 34Wh3cell FRU - 5B10Q22882
As it doesn't specify which one is applicable for your model, check what the voltage value is printed on the battery in your laptop i.e. either 7.68V or 11.52V and then search online using the appropriate part number (FRU number) only (see above) to find suppliers that suit you best.
