wifi not working on Kindle Oasis Gen 10

the wifi on my Oasis Generation 10 does not see any routers or hotspots, there is no icon on the top bar for wifi, I have updated to the latest version of software, any help please

Hi @cwjs

Try turning Aeroplane Mode on and off and check if WiFi is now enabled . To access Aeroplane Mode, tap the Quick Actions gear icon on the toolbar.

Thank you, I have tried that and resetting, I would expect there to be a wifi icon on the bar at the top but there is not one, I have just what looks like 3 or 4 dots .... when I turn airplane mode on it changes to an airplane

What is showing when you go to the Settings page, tap Wi-Fi & Bluetooth, then Wi-Fi Networks?

no wifi networks were found, and all options are greyed out.

Try a full factory reset.

Factory reset option is in Settings.

When you log in again your content should still be there

yep, done that, maybe I have to accept that the wifi module has broken
