iPhone 7 iOS14 and 15 not working with universal YT home button

i recently put an universal home button for iPhone 7 the brand is YF, https://www.unionrepair.com/yf-universal...

i put it on iOS13 for testing it works fine, i put it on iOS14 not working, then i tried it on a normal working iOS15 iPhone 7 and it did not work either but when i put back the original working home button, it says my home button is not detected,

what i have to do to make my iOS15 iPhone 7 back to normal again and detect the original home button? (does putting an universal home button some how delete the original home button serial number data inside of the phone? i think to change this we have to get into purple mode first)

what i have to do to make my iOS14 iPhone 7 that home button broken can detect the universal YF home button, as it works on iOS 13?

maybe you guys have encounter similar problems as mine? thanks for sharing solutions

Hi

This one is hard to say as apple pairs the home button the the logicboard of the phone so aftermarket home buttons won’t work properly

The best thing I think you can do is contact YF and see what they know about the issue as it could be a known issue that they might know how to solve

Sorry that this doesn’t really answer your question,these sorts of issues are a bit “come and go” from my experience it’s best to contact the people that made it
