Tub movement extreme needs repair

What is the model number of the washer?
What is the problem, moves excessively when agitating, spinning, won't agitate in the wash cycle, won't spin in the spin cycle or both etc?
Could be faulty (loose?) suspension rods.

REALLY!!!!! That is the info you give to a tech you hire to come to your house. Well, you probably also have to tell them where it is.
