Spare LCDs not coming with an NFC cable?

Hi team! I want to replace the display on a Fitbit Sense.

When trying to buy the spare part, most of them look different than what is seen in this guide, seems like they don't come with that second flex cable (for the NFC).

There's 1 supplier I've seen that sells LCD that seems to come with that 2nd NFC cable for the Fitbit Sense, but it's more expensive than the 99% of the other LCDs sold that seem to just come with one display cable.

Will that be a problem and make Fitbit Sense lose NFC/wireless payments if we replace the LCD with such parts? Or is there a way to transfer the NFC cable from the old LCD to the new one? Or do I NEED to buy the LCD with the second cable for NFC included? Or is this maybe a difference between the Fitbit Sense and Fitbit Versa 3? (as the LCDs are advertised as being compatible for these two)

Any thoughts are much appreciated. Thanks in advance! :)

Hi everyone! So I received the part I bought from AliExpress with the NFC+LCD. The repair was super easy and straightforward. The NFC is a piece similar to a wireless charge coil from a Samsung phone but tiny. It's adhered to the LCD's back, but it's definitely removable and swappable. So if anyone is in doubt, just get the LCD and swap the original NFC coil onto the new LCD.

Hi everyone! So I received the part I bouth from AliExpress witht he NFC+LCD. The repair was super easy and straightforward. The NFC is a piece similar to a wireless charge coil from a Samsung phone but tiny. It's adhered to the LCD's back, but it's definitely removable and swappable. So if anyone is in doubt, just get the LCD and swap the original NFC coild onto the new LCD.

NFC is usually separate. I'm assuming the seller selling both wants to make more money.

Hi Nigel, thanks for your answer! All the videos I've seen from Fitbit Sense display replacement, all of them show two cables attached to the LCD when opened. One for the LCD and another one from the NFC. I wonder if the NFC one can be transferred to the new LCD assembly that doesn't come with one?

@Felipe Leal The smaller cable looks to be connected by a FPC connector on the back of the screen. No reason you can't swap it over.

Hi Nigel, sorry for the delayed reply. I ended up ordering the one that comes with the NFC cable just in case as it's my first Fitbit LCD repair, but as soon as the part arrives I will try to see if I could've eventually swapped it over and reply here in case someone else has this same question. Thanks!
