Are the ear pads user serviceable?

I got the XM3, and I frequently have the ear pads replaced because it keeps peeling off. I am planning to upgrade to XM5, and I know that I'll need to replace the ear pads eventually. Can the ear pads be replaced by the user? Is it as easy as the XM3's or is it more difficult?

@mylesuy same idea on the XM5. Just always be careful and use a plastic opening tool (spudger) to unsnap the plastic bracket.
