Claudia Amarillas replace what MP3 for free and where or why would you ask this? What did you hear? What makes you think that there is anything really for free.....

the glass just like busted and the turn on button does't work and the charger spot is broken

by

@Claudia Amarillas You’re not saying much about the device. Also, as @oldturkey03 said: Whatdo you mean by free? Are you wanting to replace the broken device for a new working one, without paying anything? That’s not how the world works.

@geirandersen what if we have the warranty card?

by

Claudia Amarillas how old is the MP3 player? How did those things break? How long is your warranty good for? User Damage is not commonly covered.

Ifixit is a site for repair guides, advice, and parts. No one is here to replace your item for free. That is not what this site is for.

Claudia Amarillas Well, the warranty does not extend to a broken device (caused by the user), it's only for manufacturing errors and / or if the manufacturer made a mistake that wasn't detected in QC.

Any damage caused by the user is not covered by such warranty.

Some people have a clause in their home insurance policy that covers accidental damage of electronic devices. At least here in Norway (I have such a clause), but it costs extra and most people don't pay for it.
