The bottom right corner of my screen has glowy green spots?

Whenever the bottom right of my screen is supposed to display a black background/application/image, there is this weird faintly glowy green splotch. However, when other, lighter colors are displayed (really everything except dark grey), there is no issue. Should I be concerned/should I do something to keep this issue from getting worse? It's not a matrix-y green, it's really more of a really faint glowstick green.

@ani2876 could be a backlight bleed issue or similar. I would not do anything with it for now other than monitor it and see if it does extend or change. Once it does that you may have to consider replacing the display. For now, enjoy your Lenovo and leave it alone.
