I poked my top microphone hole with a sim ejector tool what damage does that do? Does that damage anything? It's a Note 11 pro plus
Is this a good question?

If you poked through the case onto the mic it is most likely ok. Now, if you forced it into the hole and on the mic there may be a damaged mic or worse a damaged board. Give it a try and see if it still works. For now I would just consider it a no-damage situation

Should be fine as the mic is at a 90 degree angle to the hole.

Thanks for that but do you know if it damage any mesh inside the mic?
@clashroyel88888888 no, the microphone hole on the bottom of the phone is not where the microphone is, it's on the circuit board joined to the hole by an angled plastic or rubber 'pipe'. Any hole would probably sealed. I wouldn't worry about it.
It should be okay unless you shoved it in and damaged the pins or the board. Try to test the mic on a phone call or something. For now it should be okay.

Thankyou, do u know if any mesh will get damaged? Like inside the mic.
The protective mesh will have a small hole unless you poked it through and moved it around. The hole wont be too visible unless you look closely.
I pushed the sim tray removable pin into my redmi note 12 mic hole . Will that damage the mic ?

I want to ask another question.
Please can a damage to the bottom mic affect the top mic in smartphones with two microphones ?
I think this is a super common problem, if you look at a jerryrigeverything video he shows that for many modern phones they put a rubber gasket and also the microphone on an angle to mitigate this issue.
You can try to call or test the mics to be certain, but you are safe
