Why is my screen become unresponsive?

I know its not my cracked screen(its the system,i might be wrong) because my screen become responsive whenever i close and open my phone but in a minute it becomes unresponsive,its so annoying when i'm texting

Yes, you said yourself the screen is cracked. That can cause touch issues. Looks like you need a new screen.
