What is this Hp b23 010 motherboard

This is actually the 23 AIO model but both use basically the same motherboard I believe, originally there was a white almost looked like a jumper over this. My screen would flicker and eventually went completely off but if you toggled that jumper it would come back on. Almost like a short within it somewhere. I know the whole system might be worth 10 bucks on a good day but it’s suitable for its job and it has touchscreen which makes it convenient also. Basically my question is it worth ordering and soldering that back and what is it called and purpose. Thank you first time ever doing this so please be kind I know there’s a lot not to be within it. Thanks.

Hi @mdc8506308994

Looking at a zoomed in image of the image you posted, it almost looks like one of the highlighted connections has a dry solder joint.

Here's the zoomed in image where I've shown the suspect connection and also what I think a good connection should look like - see red arrow at bottom of image.

If it seems loose i.e. moves then it is a dry joint, as presumably it should be soldered

Also what's the model number of the motherboard?

If it is a DAON61MBG60 then here's the schematic which may help to identify the part you need. I couldn't find anything marked "Y5" though (nearest board identifier to what you've highlighted)
